1. - IT Specialist

Responsabilities:

Responsible in indentifying System application problems. Creation of designs and modification of reports using Crystal reports and SQL reporting Services. Responsible in coding, debugging and enhancement of customized existing system. Responsible in preparation of Status reports on system implementation and customization. And, perform detailed evaluation of existing system as against to proposed system.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related fields.

At least one (1) year work experience.

2. Mold Setter

Responsible in Set up and Dismounting of Molds for production. Knowledgeable in installation of different auxillaries, robots, MTC, Chiller, HRC, Jet loader, Automixer and Hopper Dryer. Knowledgeable in parameter adjustments. And with strong background in Injection Molding Machines.

College Graduate preferably Eng'g Graduate or at least 2 years vocational Course.

Age: 22-27 years old  

Experienced in molding injection machine.

Computer Literate, and knowledgeable in Basic autocad drawing.

3. Warehouseman/Forklift Operators

Responsible in Receiving Plastic parts from the Production line.

Knowledgeable in warehouse operation and in forklift operation (reach truck, counterbalance, and Product Picker)

At least high school graduate or College 2 years courses.

Age: 21-27 years old.

4. Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible in Supervising facilities and machine maintenance specifically plastic injection machines and extruder machines. Will act as company Pollution Control officer.

5. HR Supervisor

Will be responsible in handling the area of Compensation and Benefits. Will assist and integrate the Strengthening of training programs of company wide needs for specific sections of the whole company.

Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses or HR equivalent. With minimum of 1 year supervisory Experience in HR functions such as Benefits and compensation or trainings.

With good leadership, planning skills, people handling skills with high level of initiative and highly organized.
