Our major injected plastic parts products include relay blocks (fuse boxes), connectors, spacers, clips, protectors, and covers. Each of the plastic parts performs different functions, (that is, for headlights, aircon, horn, etc.) and are placed side-by-side to each other. Covers are needed to house the relay blocks and shield them from dust particles and other elements. Some covers have printed markings indicating the type of fuse, amperage, and the use of each fuse within the relay block. Connectors are needed to link a set of wires to other sets. Clips and spacers help fasten the wires to keep them in place. Protectors are normally elongated plastic parts used to protect wires from coming in to contact with foreign matter.
